Small Estate Affidavit State Of Florida Is An Attorney Needed To File An Affadavit For Collection Of Small Estate In AR?

Is an attorney needed to file an affadavit for collection of small estate in AR? - small estate affidavit state of florida

My father is dying and I am named sole heir and executor of the will. His notes state that was done to inform or to make an agreement with the court. I researched, what appears to be the easiest way to manage, the only real area that you have received a house with a mortgage loan for sale, by filing a sworn statement for a number of small distribution of estate. Now my question is, I can do it myself? If so, how? I used to submit ... An attorney wants to charge $ 1000 to deal with it and it seems that you only file the form with information that I give and bring them to justice.

I'm in the same condition, but.

Ideas? Thank you!

I see nothing that requires Atty for the presentation, ask the clerk for probate? Bettting I can tell you whether it by Atty or should not be made.
