JD and Cox are internal medicine, and Turkish is a surgeon. Elliot is a little more than an endocrinologist (sub-specialty of Internal Med), although the authors do not understand what the scholarships and how they work.
I beg to differ on the closeness to reality. No, they do not kiss, the actual health of the fair is probably more accurate than any other, and some doctors in my clinic the same opinion.
